This new product from the Depot-Line 7000 series removes small parts or micro-parts from the machine tool (sliding head lathe) in order to place them individually in the recesses of pallets in a defined order (palletization). Parts are unloaded either by means of a vacuum directly from the sub-spindle or with a gripper from the conveyor belt. All parts are stored chronologically and can therefore be easily traced back. An SPC for quality control is thus guaranteed. With up to 300 storage spaces per pallet, a high level of autonomy is achieved. DepotPallet can be attached to a machine tool either permanently or freely positionable. DepotPallet is i.a. equipped with transparent cladding and sliding doors. These allow safe access for the operator. The compact form only requires a floor space of approx. 450 x 650 mm.
