We use our Okuma Multus CNC turn-milling machine to produce complex CNC turned-milled parts. This allows us to completely manufacture your parts in just one step on one machine instead of machining them on two different machines. This reduces the throughput time for turn-milling. Avoiding different voltages on different machines also increases part accuracy in CNC turn-milling. It is also possible to finish the front and rear sides on the main and counter spindles during CNC turn-milling.
Thanks to the flexible B-axis in conjunction with a tool magazine, we can efficiently machine complex turned-milled parts with many different standard tools during CNC turn-milling. The B-axis also allows complex geometries to be milled on the turned-milled part. With CNC turn-milling, any milling contours can be machined. The programming for turn-milling is carried out directly via our programming system based on your 3D data. In conjunction with the programming system, all the possibilities of turn-milling can be fully exploited.
